The body of a 26-year-old young woman, mother of three children, was discovered Thursday evening in a residence on rue Ledoux in Trois-Rivières.
Police were called to the scene around 4 p.m.
Alianka Royer’s family was worried not to hear from her.
The Trois-Rivières Police are not ruling out, for the moment, any hypothesis as to the causes of the young woman’s death.
“I cannot confirm if there are signs of violence, but indeed, the way the scene was done, we cannot rule out anything, we can go in all directions, so we will wait until the autopsy is completed. done,” declared Michèle Loranger, spokesperson for the Trois-Rivières Police Department.
The young woman’s entourage would be made up of people who gravitate towards organized crime, according to information obtained by TVA Nouvelles.
Investigators were still on site early Friday afternoon to try to shed light on this suspicious death.
Police officers from the Sûreté du Québec were called in for reinforcements.
The file could be transferred to them if the autopsy reveals that it was a violent death.
