The investigation began at the Château de Groussay. TF1 kicked off, this Friday October 11, 2024, its new creation presented by Laurent Ruquier, “The Master of the Game”. Since their arrival in Montfort-l’Amaury, 12 celebrities, led by the actor Arnaud Ducret and his wife, the dancer Claire Francisci-Ducret, Elsa , another dancer, the comedian Kody Kim, the hosts Cartman and Valérie Damidot, the “Big heads” Max Boublil, Jeanfi Janssens and Chantal Ladesou and the actors Frédéric Diefenthal, Sara Mortensen and Francis Perrin, set about unmasking the host whose identity they do not know.

All of them, not quite. Among them, Max Boublil, the accomplice of the game master responsible for protecting his identity at all costs, is on the prowl. It is up to the innocent investigators to flush him out too or risk being eliminated. Jeanfi Janssens and Frédéric Diefenthal were the first to pay the price. In the meantime, the fine team has picked up six clues likely to lead them to the identity of the master of the game and eliminate 22 names from the 100 displayed on the wall of faces. Puremédias publishes the list below.

Six clues gleaned from the reels

Gifted at the game of puzzles, the investigators won the two tests, broadcast this Friday, and the reel as a result. This contains, as a reminder, a film in which the game master provides access with more or less clarity to six audio and visual clues. In the first tape, the candidates proposed “JT”, “1970s”, “Failure”, “Woman”, “Music” and “Chameleon”. They don’t know but only two clues are correct. It is about “JT” et “Chameleon”. After watching the second film, their suggestions proved more relevant. Of the six, four were validated by production. It is about “Diving”, “I Will Survive”, “Tulips” et “Ballroom dancing”. The words “Lupin” and “Tuto” should be excluded.

Thanks to the master of the game himself, we also know that he has “over 40 years old” and that “no one can measure up to him”. According to the deductions of Puremédias, the “woman” clue not having been retained by the production, the master of the game would by elimination be a man. He could potentially work as a journalist – if we interpret the “JT” clue at face value – and would have an attraction for sport if we consider that ‘I Will Survive’, the title of Gloria Gaynor, is a reference to the victory of Aymé Jacquet’s Blues at the 1998 Football World Cup.

From there, the prognosis of Puremédias would therefore initially focus on Denis Brogniartwho beyond being very tall and over 40 years old, is involved in the World Cup and Euro football systems on TF1 (“I Will Survive”), participated in the Atlantic operation with combat swimmers for July 14 (“Diving”) and co-presented “Dancing with the Stars” (“Ballroom Dancing”) with Sandrine Quétier in 2017 for one evening. He is also the patron of the ARC Foundation for Cancer Research. One of the operations to combat this disease is called “Tulips against cancer” (“Tulips”).

The other hypothesis to which, for the moment, Puremédias grant credit is Jean Reno. The actor is 76 years old and is 1m88 tall. Actor and therefore “chameleon”, he played in “Le grand bleu” (1988) by Luc Besson, a reference to the “Diving” index, and his notoriety is great enough to be a guest on the “JT”.
