The south wind will blow strongly this Wednesday, October 9 in Lyon and the Rhône valley. Ex-Hurricane Kirk is causing bad weather in France this week. In the capital of Gaul, the weather will be rather dry with some precipitation at the end of the day.
Gusts of up to 95 km/h are expected. Météo France has placed the departments of Rhône and Loire on orange vigilance from 3 p.m. Here are the latest forecasts.
The wind gets stronger and stronger during the day
The south wind will be quite strong at the start of the day. Gusts of 85 km/h will be felt locally at midday. The sky will often be cluttered with clouds, with changeable weather giving showers late in the afternoon. Around two millimeters of rain are forecast.
The temperatures will be rather mild and mild for the season, with 21°C around 2 p.m. Then, the wind will increase in intensity with increasingly strong gusts to the point of reaching 95 km/h until the early evening.
Big gusts until the night
