Australian Open > Casper Ruud criticizes his father: “I have a better record in most other tournaments, so this is sort of the last tournament he has left”

Asked about the performance he needs to achieve in Melbourne to do better than his father, Casper had a rather funny remark.

“I have a better record in most other tournaments, so this is kind of the last tournament left. I hope I can beat him one day, but I would be happy if he had at least one record in the family.” Casper explained.

In the next round Casper will face either Balishvali or Mensik, which means that the Norwegian will have to be in top form to qualify for 3th turn especially as against Munar he had some real slumps.
