Simon Kjaer decides to end his career

His decision was expected since the end of his contract with AC Milan last June. Simon Kjaer announced it in an interview with TV2a Danish television channel, broadcast this Monday morning: the central defender ends his professional career at the age of 35. He had already taken a tour of honor and farewell at Parken, the selection stadium, on the sidelines of the meeting between Denmark and Spain, in the League of Nations, last November.
