Recently interviewed during a podcast on today’s tennis, the Kid from Las Vegas had some rather nice words to talk about the players who appreciate him on the circuit.
« The game has changed a lot in the last twenty years. I always insisted that I was very good at hitting the ball, I think that’s what really allowed me to achieve so many goals in my career, something I could see in this moment in someone like Sinner. We see him hit the ball and it feels good, even with the sound of the impact. Mentally I think everything Medvedev does is amazing, the way he does it, how creditworthy he is, I love it. Alex De Minaur’s fighting spirit also catches my attention, the way he moves, the way he takes you off the field, his speed, etc. Of course, watching Alcaraz is super fun, I would spend hours watching him play, this way of torturing his rivals with drop shots drives me completely crazy”
