During a long and fascinating interview given to the magazine GQNovak Djokovic expressed a wish regarding his two biggest rivals, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
“I will be sure to invite them both to relax, unwind and reflect. I would love to have a drink or two with them, confide and talk about the things that have annoyed everyone about me! Or vice versa, whatever it is. Let’s put everything on the table. And I think I’d also like to understand what they were thinking, how they handled certain situations on the field, the pressures of the world that weigh on your shoulders when you’re at the top of the game. And I have my observations, because I observed them as they observed me over the years. But it’s different when you hear it from them.”
