The global launch of the OPPO Reno 13 Pro is becoming clearer with the appearance of the smartphone on several certification sites. MySmartPrice has just spotted the international variant of the device in the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) database, suggesting an upcoming release in the Indian market.
The device, identified with model number CPH2697, was also seen in the UAE’s TDRA and Singapore’s IMDA certifications. These documents not only confirm the trade name “OPPO Reno 13 Pro 5G”but also its main connectivity: WCDMA, LTE, 5G, eSIM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC and GPS.
Technical information is also starting to emerge via the Camera FV 5 database. The smartphone should be equipped with a 50-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 apertureelectronic stabilization (EIS) and a focal length of 24.6 mm. The images produced will be 12.6 MP after pixel binning. On the front, there is a 50-megapixel selfie sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and a 22mm focal length.
Oppo’s Reno 13 series has already been released in China
As a reminder, the Reno 13 series was recently unveiled in China with a modernized design reminiscent of the iPhone 16. The Reno 13 Pro stands out for its 6.83-inch AMOLED display FHD+ at 120 Hzits MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, and a versatile photo configuration including a 50 megapixel telephoto lens offering 3.5x optical zoom.
The device also benefits from IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, a 5,800 mAh battery compatible with 80W wired and 50W wireless fast chargingas well as ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
In China, the Reno 13 Pro is sold from 3,399 yuan (around 440 euros). Global launch is expected for January 2025with prices that should be adapted to different markets. We will obviously have to add taxes here, so it is possible that it will cross the 500 euro mark here.
