Xbox Insiders members benefit from upcoming Xbox updates first and foremost, sometimes with very interesting features. The update 2502.250120-2200 is one of them since it allows you to connect (very) large capacity hard drives.
Very large hard drives are now supported
Microsoft has just confirmed that Xbox Series X|S now support external hard drives larger than 16 TB.
These are USB devices, and therefore storage that does not allow you to launch Xbox Series installed on your devices.
We're enabling support for external USB drives larger than 16TB, so you can be sure your favorite games are always ready to play! Newly formatted drives larger than 16TB will be formatted with multiple partitions in order to use all available space for games and applications. They will appear as multiple devices in the storage devices list.
Be careful though, Microsoft indicates that drives larger than 16 TB that have already been formatted will not be affected by this change and will need to be reformatted to benefit from this new support.
Currently, this feature is available to the Alpha Skip-Ahead circle of Xbox Insiders, and will be expanded to all users in the coming weeks.

The update also brings changes to make it easier to see games on sale with badges showing the percentage discount right on your home screen.
Today's update makes finding discounts easier than ever. A random selection of users will see a new badge added to discounted games they don't already own, showing the discount percentage right on your home screen.
The update also brings various fixes such as improvements to the reading of menus by the Narrator, the resolution of a slowness problem observed in certain multimedia applications after prolonged reading as well as better support for local languages on the console.
