New effects for your photos and videos
After launching effects in video calls last year, WhatsApp has decided to extend them to photos and videos that you share with your loved ones. You can now apply around thirty backgrounds, filters and various effects to your photos and videos shared in conversations.
To top it all off, WhatsApp is introducing a new feature that will make many people smile. You can now take a selfie and create stickers with them to enhance your conversations. Enough to be able to redo your entire range of reactions in stickers that you will embody. Please note, however, that this feature, already deployed on Android, will arrive on iOS a little later.
For the rest, WhatsApp focused on improving features already in place in its application.
