The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2, the successor to the company’s first Flip-like foldable smartphone, may hit the market sooner than expected.
Here’s what we know
According to a new report from China, the device will be released before July 2025. According to the leak, the Mix Flip 2 will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which will give it high performance. The device will be thinner than its predecessor and will benefit from an IPX8 water resistance rating as well as support for wireless charging.
This is expected to be a major update and not just a minor improvement. The first Mix Flip, released in July 2024, enjoyed great success in the Chinese market, prompting the company to accelerate the release of the new model. More details on the model are expected later.
