A new business club is setting up in Charente-Maritime, determined to conquer the department. This is the Protein Business Club.
The Protein business club network intends to stand out from other networks also based on the unique representation model of its members' professions. It positions itself as “a friendly and supportive business network“, where membership finances not only logistics and IT, but also a team based in Toulouse responsible for monitoring connections and statistics.
The second branch in La Rochelle has just been created. It is hosted by Michael Virginius, wealth management advisor and social protection expert.
Questions from Michael Virginius
1. What motivated you to open a branch of the Protéine business club in La Rochelle?
« The opening of the Protein branch in La Rochelle is based on a personal and professional desire to help boost the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. La Rochelle is a dynamic, booming city, where businesses, self-employed people and liberal professions seek meeting spaces and synergies. This initiative responds to a real need for constructive exchanges and mutual support between entrepreneurs. On a personal level, I wanted to contribute to the economic development of the region while creating a place of exchange where values of trust and solidarity are highlighted.«
2. What are the specific advantages that the Protein business club offers compared to other professional networks?
“The Protein business club stands out for its people-centered and collaborative approach. Unlike other professional networks often focused solely on immediate business, Proteine favors building lasting relationships and trust. Members benefit from real apersonalized support, personal and professional development workshops, as well as a stimulating environment promoting quality recommendations. The emphasis on conviviality, skills sharing and measurable results makes it a unique and efficient network. »
3. What type of profiles do you hope to attract to this La Rochelle branch, and how can these members help each other?
“This second branch in La Rochelle aims to attract entrepreneurs, managers, independents and liberal professionals from various sectors of activity. The diversity of profiles is essential to promote rich and complementary synergies. Mutual assistance is based on the sharing of experiences, skills and contacts, which allows each member to find concrete solutions to their professional challenges. For example, a marketing consultant can collaborate with a web developer or a specialist lawyer to meet the needs of a member and thus create a joint growth dynamic. »
4. How do digital tools and new technologies, such as the dedicated application, contribute to the success of network members?
“The Protein club's dedicated application plays a central role in members' success by facilitating connection, visibility and monitoring of recommendations. Using this tool, members can access an interactive directory, track their performance indicators and stay connected even remotely. Modern technologies also allow better organization of events and exchanges, thus optimizing collaboration. The digital tool adapts perfectly to the current needs of entrepreneurs, offering them quick and intuitive access to all of the club's resources. »
5. What are your short and medium term projects or objectives to develop the Protein club in La Rochelle?
“In the short term, the main objective is to structure this second La Rochelle branch by integrating a core of active, motivated and committed members. This will involve regular events, thematic workshops and meetings promoting exchanges. In the medium term, I wish to develop the network by recruiting around thirty qualified members, by forging local partnerships with institutions and by launching collaborative initiatives that will have a positive impact on the local economy. »
An entry ticket for 1500 euros for the first year
Each contribution is distributed equally between the regional delegate, the national headquarters and the club leader. Thus, when several clubs exist in a region, a delegate supervises all the local branches, while the facilitator, trained internally, devotes himself to running the meetings and providing personalized support to the members. For transparency, potential future members are informed of the tripartite distribution of their contribution, which for the moment is announced at €1,500 excluding tax.
The amount received by the facilitators is used at their discretion, in particular to animate and develop the club (creation of communication materials, room rental, etc.)
It should be noted that the dynamics of each antenna is ensured by its host. Members can then focus on relationships and business development without any new duties or functions within the club.
