In each category, readers choose the four best games, which are ranked according to PlayStation trophies: the platinum prize is awarded to the strongest.
PS Blog’s Game of the Year election garnered over 1.6 million votes worldwide!
The best game of the year on PlayStation 5 is Astro Bot, on PS4 the leader is Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the prize for supremacy among DLC goes unsurprisingly to Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, and the project The most interesting indie is the Balatro card game.
