Through a series of enhancements to their in-flight menus, Air Canada is showcasing the best culinary talent and ingredients in the country, while supporting its local partners.
The airline launched a series of videos on November 25 to highlight the success of these collaborations. Among the partners presented are the sommelier Véronique Rivest and the starred chef, Jerome Ferrerboth based in Quebec.
For his part, Véronique Rivesta sommelier from Gatineau, tells us about her goal: to focus on the perfect harmony between the wine and the meal on board. His video highlights his commitment to selecting and introducing the best wine options that pair perfectly with meals served on board Air Canada flights and premium cabins.
As for the Jérôme Ferrer, he aspires to take passengers on a journey through his dishes which always retain a special touch, signed Ferrer. As the airline’s chef ambassador, he speaks with pride about his role and his mission: creating a feeling of comfort on board while showcasing the best Canadian products.
