It’s an all-in-one camera capable of making film photo prints (we’re talking about instant photography). It’s extremely fun to use, and the photos have a great retro look. This device is used with a cartridge that contains ten prints. Once the photo is taken, a print automatically comes out from the top of the device and the image gradually appears after a few tens of seconds (90 seconds for total development).

A beautiful and ultra-easy to use device

On this device, which is extremely simple to use, we find a remote optical viewfinder for framing, an additional flash for night or indoor photos and a self-timer so that the photographer is part of the photo. There are three focusing modes: normal mode for photos within 3 meters (portraits for example), landscape mode at more than 3 m and a close-up or macro photo mode using the close-up accessory. provided in front of the lens.

Fujifilm had the good idea of ​​integrating two small plastic wedges onto the camera strap which allow the camera to be raised if placed on a table, in order to have several shooting angles without using a tripod. .

A WIDE format ideal for group photos

Unlike the instax MINI and instax SQUARE formats, the instax WIDE allows you to take much larger instant photos in landscape orientation: with a photo approximately 10 cm wide by 6 cm high, it is twice as wide as the instax MINI format. As a result, this format adapts particularly well to group photos or even landscapes, for example.

However, there is less choice than the instax MINI and instax SQUARE formats. There are color photo cartridges with white margins and black and white photo cartridges, with a choice of white margins or black margins.
