Honor is preparing to launch two new mid-range smartphones, the Honor 300. This time, the Pro model will likely be accompanied by a Pro+ model.
After the successful launch of its flagship Magic 7 range in China, Honor now seems ready to focus on its next mid-range series, the Honor 300.
According to the latest leaks, the Chinese manufacturer could well offer a high-end version this time, the Honor 300 Pro+, alongside the standard Pro model.
It was the leaker DigitalChatStation who highlighted the main characteristics of these two upcoming smartphones, particularly with regard to their screen, camera and battery.
What technical characteristics for the next Honor 300 Pro and Pro+?
After the successful Honor 200 Pro, the Honor 300 Pro and Pro+ would both be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, Qualcomm’s high-end chip of 2023. This high-end SoC should ensure high performance, whether for daily use or gaming.
In terms of photography, both models would adopt a triple sensor with a 50 megapixel periscopic lens. The main sensor would also be 50 megapixelsbut we do not yet have the sensor reference.
Probably the most interesting point concerns the screen. Honor would opt this time for a large OLED screen curved on four sides, with 1.5K definition. A choice that will contrast with the flat slabs of the 200 series. Additionally, the Honor 300 Pro+ is said to feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for more accurate biometric recognition.
Finally, the Honor 300 series would be distinguished by its ultra-fast wired charging at 100 Wand this on all models. Unfortunately, we don’t yet know what the battery capacities of the two devices will be. It also remains to be seen when the two devices will be released, and if they will both arrive in France.
