It is true that the presence of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 at Summer Game Fest was frankly anecdotal. A trailer less than a minute long and then it’s gone. On the other hand, it wasn’t the same lemonade at the Future Games Show, with a trailer labeled “Deep Dive”, brutal and gory as can be.

Titus from hell
The Deep Dive trailer shows a fit Titus in combine harvester mode, turning hordes of Tyrannids into protein-rich fertilizer for arid soils. Focus Entertainment takes this opportunity to remind you that Space Marine 2 will offer a cooperative campaign mode playable by up to 3 simultaneously, a game mode specifically dedicated to 3-player games with unique missions to accomplish, and 6v6 confrontation modes: “Annihilation”, “Territory Capture” and “Capture and Control”. The multi modes will be an opportunity to customize your Space Marines according to six given classes: Tactical, Assault, Bulwark, Vanguard, Sniper, and Heavy. Warhammer 40k license requires, the armor of the supermen will be customizable in terms of colors, heraldry, shapes of gloves, shoulder pads, helmets, etc.
Focus sets an appointment for June 20, 2024 for the broadcast of a trailer called “Gameplay Overview” which should dissect the gameplay mechanics of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. The Beast is still expected on September 9, 2024 on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
