Realme has officially lifted the veil on the GT 7 Pro. This is a new Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship that comes with some nifty features. As we detailed in our launch coverage, one of these features is a dedicated underwater photography mode, allowing the phone to act as an action camera.
Beyond that, the other aspects of the Realme GT 7 Pro make it a true successor to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 GT 5 Pro-equipped Realme GT 5 Pro. While other Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphones are yet to be confirmed for markets outside of China, Realme has now announced that its new flagship will soon debut in India.
Specifically, the GT 7 Pro will launch in India on November 26, making it the first Snapdragon 8 Elite phone to come out of China. Realme previously shared that it wants to make this phone the most widely available device with the next-generation Qualcomm SoC. The company also hinted at an imminent launch in Europe.
Coming back to the smartphone itself, apart from the new flagship SoC, it brings a bright screen. It also has a relatively large battery and a good number of AI features are integrated into the Realme UI 6.0 interface from https://www.realme.com/eu/realme-ui. The Chinese launch price is around $507, and given that the predecessor was one of the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 devices, the GT 7 Pro could launch internationally with an attractive price tag.
