After getting a lot of attention over the past year, The Precinct was finally pushed back last July to the end of 2024. While players are impatiently awaiting a release date, the Fallen Tree studio Games Ltd and Kwalee have just made a free demo available, but only on PC.

As part of the Neo Fest on Steam, many upcoming games are highlighted, and this is particularly the case of The Precinct, whose developers seem to have been greatly inspired by the GTA franchise, and in particular its first episodes .
However, you will have to act quickly, since like all the other demos available as part of Neo Fest, that of The Precinct will only be accessible until Monday, October 21 at 7 p.m., Paris time.

As a reminder, the game is described as a true ode to classic detective films, in which you will patrol the streets and respond to calls to fight crime in all its forms, from petty theft to major chases and other shootouts.
In the shoes of Nick Cordell Jr, a young neighborhood police officer fresh out of school, you will have to fight against the gangs of Averno City while investigating the murder case of your father, killed on duty.
The Precinct will be released on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC and we can’t wait to find out its release date. Also feel free to browse all the other demos available as part of the Neo Fest.
