During its Indie World event, Nintendo revealed its future indie games coming to the Nintendo Switch. Here are five titles not to be missed in the coming weeks.

The Switch is not just about the new adventures of Mario and Princess Peach, or the big releases and future Xbox titles. Nintendo’s hybrid console is also a platform of choice for small developers and their independent games. To the point that the Japanese publisher dedicated an event to them last week, Nintendo Indie World.

Whether you have a weakness for the adventures of a lawless cat, whether you prefer puzzle games, poetic strolls or more distressing universes, there is something for everyone. Here are five games that Tech&Co recommends you keep an eye on and get your hands on very soon.

Little Kitty, Big

A cat is cute. Except when it decides to leave to make a life in a big city and ruin the lives of the inhabitants. If you liked Stray and her cute cat, you will love Little Kitty, Big City. If you liked Untitled Goose Game and its unbearable geese, you will love the game and its absolutely unbearable cat which multiplies the pranks.

Available May 9 on Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC

Sticky Business

Released a few months ago on PC in particular, Sticky Business offers to create your own sticker store, from creation to sale to customers. But it’s not just a game of creativity. You also have to know how to run the store, understand your customers and know what they might want. You’ll have to be smart to create the right sticker, with eye-catching effects, so that your boards sell galore.

Lorelei and the Laser Eyes

A woman is summoned to go to an old hotel in Central to investigate a man who is as strange as he is eccentric. A surreal, dangerous atmosphere, mixing bizarre environments and illusion games. A David Lynch-style atmosphere that we owe to the Simogo studio (Sayonara Wild Hearts). Lorelei and the Laser Eyes invites you to tackle puzzles and other enigmas of all kinds to progress.

Available May 16 on Nintendo Switch and PC

Duck Detective: The Secret Salami

An unlucky duck goes in search of information about a strange sausage conspiracy. A game in which you have to unravel a mystery by questioning potential suspects, looking for clues and uncovering secrets. A little analysis, deduction and the matter will be settled. A short 2-3 hour game.

Europe

There is something enchanting in this video game which is inspired by the colorful and melancholy worlds of Studios Ghibli. This adventure takes you in the footsteps of Zee who, aided by his jetpack, travels through the lush world of the moon Europa, flying over its ruins to find answers to his questions. You will have to tackle numerous puzzles and avoid traps to find answers.
