On October 23, released in cinemas in France, Mr Aznavourfilm about Charles Aznavour played on screen by Tahar Rahim. In full promotion of the feature film, this Sunday, October 13, the 43-year-old actor was the guest of 8 p.m. on TF1, alongside Grand Corps Malade, one of the directors of the biopic. While Leila Behkti’s husband spoke at length about his role and the life of the interpreter of Bohemiaat the end of her interview, Audrey-Crespo Mara, very impressed by the thinness of the movie star on the set of the JT, asked the actor to explain his sudden weight loss, which undoubtedly worried many viewers.
Tahar Rahim very quickly reassured his fans and affirmed that he was not sick, but had to lose weight for a future film. “Everything is going great. I just need to lose a lot of weight for a role I’m currently working on”he explains. The actor, who is now used to transforming himself for roles, plays the game once again without complaint: “It’s necessary once again, so I’m doing it.”

Tahar Rahim: how do they manage his notoriety with his children?
While Tahar Rahim is extremely thin, there is no question of him explaining to his four children, born from his relationship with Leila Bekhti, that he is preparing for a role. Indeed, the two movie stars do not want their offspring to know about their notoriety, at least for the moment. “We don’t talk about it, we don’t tell them what we’re doing”he admitted in the columns of Vanity Fair at the end of September. The couple therefore uses all possible subterfuges so that their children do not discover that they are famous. The actor then told the magazine that one morning, he accompanied his eldest son, Souleiman, 7 years old, to school, and on the way there were posters of Leïla Bekhti’s latest film. “He didn’t understand why there was mom everywhere in the street. I told her, ‘See, since she couldn’t come with you this morning, she made sure to walk you to school like that.’ He was so happy.” An adorable anecdote.
