David Schumacher seems to have crossed a line. With his accusations towards his mother Cora, he has now created a legal dispute.

Some of the statements made by 22-year-old David Schumacher are so harsh that t-online has decided not to reproduce them at all or only in part. Cora and Ralf Schumacher’s son has made serious allegations against his mother, talking about mental problems, a suicide attempt and Cora’s alleged outbursts of violence.

When asked by t-online, the now 47-year-old has not yet commented on the allegations, and her Instagram channel also remains silent 24 hours after the verbal attacks.
But as it turned out on Saturday morning, Cora Schumacher was very aware of her son’s statements. Because David is now sharing a picture of a lawyer’s letter on his Instagram account. “Unfortunately, if the truth is painful, you have to send your own son a lawyer’s letter,” writes David.

It shows that Cora Schumacher has commissioned a law firm to protect her interests and take action against the publication on Instagram. Both parts of David Schumacher’s Instagram story are linked in the letter. It says: “Request to delete and cease and desist”. As of Saturday at 2 p.m., both of the 22-year-old’s text panels can still be found on his social media profile.
“Please leave us alone”
David’s concern is evident from his last sentences: “My parents have been divorced for nine years now! Please let us finally be in peace and live our lives – we’ll leave you alone too!” he addresses directly to his mother. It was “the first and last time” that he wanted to comment on the topic.
He may be demonstrating a remarkable instinct, because if there were a legal dispute between son and mother, the 22-year-old could face a cease-and-desist declaration and thus be banned from repeating the serious allegations.
