Former FCB star Edon Zhegrova is flying high and extremely sought after

Former Basel winger Edon Zhegrova was at the heart of Lille’s surprise 1-0 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League. The 25-year-old Kosovan was even voted Man of the Match. The attacker is now on the list of numerous top clubs.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Juventus was already keeping an eye on the tricky attacker last summer. However, Lille did not want to sell (yet). And obviously rightly so. Zhegrova is showing very strong performances this season and has already scored six goals. He also caused a sensation on the offensive against Champions League winners Real with his dribbling and caused constant unrest in the Madrid defense.

Zhegrova played for FCB between September 2020 and January 2022 and was able to leave his mark there too. In the meantime, the German native has once again massively increased his market value.

Top clubs will submit offers for him next summer at the latest. His contract in Lille runs until 2026.
