Initialed by the Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Mohamed Saad Berrada, and the president of the FRMV, Ahmed Bennani Zahouan, this agreement was signed following an open day of awareness and promotion of sailing, organized by the FRMV in partnership with the ministry, for the benefit of 200 students from public schools in the region.
On this occasion, Abdesselam Mili, director of the promotion of school sports within the ministry and deputy president of the Royal Moroccan Federation of School Sports, indicated that this convention aims to encourage the practice of sailing within sports clubs under educational establishments.
It also aims to train physical and sports education executives reporting to the ministry in this area, to help supervise students in the practice of the sport of sailing and to exchange expertise, in addition to creating new sectors. “sport-studies,” he added.
