The National Superior School of Mines of Rabat organizes the 18th edition of the Mining Olympicsan event bringing together more than 7000 students from higher education establishments in Morocco. Scheduled from February 7 to 9, 2025this annual meeting offers a program combining sporting competitions, academic exchanges and cultural activities.
A theme focused on innovation in sport
The 2025 edition highlights a theme linked to the African Cup of Nations (CAN) 2025 :
“CAN 2025 Reinvented Approach: Artificial Intelligence as a Lever of Tactical Transcendence in African Football”.
This subject aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence in the analysis of sports performance and the optimization of gaming strategies. Conferences and expert interventions are planned to deepen this reflection.
The Olympiads are organized around several highlights:
- Day 1: Opening Conference on new technologies and football.
- Day 2: Inter-school sports competitions in several disciplines.
- Day 3: “ENIM Got Talent”highlighting the artistic talents of the participants.
- Sports Foruma space for discussion around the issues of sport and personal development.
The event also represents an opportunity for companies and sponsors wishing to address a student audience.
The event is open to students and sports and innovation enthusiasts. The organizers invite interested parties to join this 18th edition which will take place on the campus of the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Rabat.
