At 37, Nordin Amrabat is preparing for a new adventure. The Moroccan player should continue his career in the English championship with Hull City.
After terminating his contract with AEK Athens a few days ago, the former Atlas Lion was the subject of rumors of an arrival at Wydad Casablanca or even a return to the countries -Down. However, few clubs have shown concrete interest in the Moroccan in the Eredivisie.
Amrabat is said to be in advanced negotiations with Hull City, a club playing in the English second division (Championship). For Amrabat, who will be 38 at the end of March, this will be the tenth professional club of his career. The winger has played for PSV, Galatasaray, Malaga, Watford and Al Nassr, while accumulating 64 caps and seven goals for Morocco between 2011 and 2019.
Since joining AEK Athens in the 2021-2022 season, Amrabat has played 113 matches, scored 22 goals and provided 17 assists, making him a key player for the team during this period.
-Despite his great experience, Amrabat’s market value has declined significantly over the years. After reaching its peak at 6 million euros a few years ago, it is now estimated at only 250,000 euros, according to the Transfermarkt website.
