The Nazairiens, rightly third, will have another chance to qualify during the 6th day against the Czechs from Budejovice.
Saint-Nazaire lost Wednesday evening at home (3-2: 20-25, 25-18, 25-20, 23-25, 11-15) against Halkbank of Ankara, in a race for second group place for this 5th day of the Champions Volleyball League. As last November (3-2 victory), for the first match in the history of the SNBVA in the competition, the decision was made in a tie-break between the reigning French champion and his Turkish counterpart, accustomed to the European scene.
