Olympique de Marseille could turn to Kevin Danso, central defender of RC Lens, to strengthen their rearguard during the winter transfer window.
According to Téléfootthe Marseille club is studying the possibility of recruiting Kevin Danso (26 years old), author of 11 appearances in Ligue 1 this season. This path, however, depends on a possible departure in the defensive sector, where Lilian Brassier no longer seems to fit into Roberto De Zerbi’s plans. The departure of Brassier, who arrived at OM only six months ago, could thus open the way to a negotiation for the Lensois.
Lens’ firm stance
However, convincing RC Lens will not be easy. Having already refused an offer of around 20 million euros from Fenerbahçe, the Sang et Or could also refuse to sell Danso this winter, especially after the imminent transfer of Abdukodir Khusanov to Manchester City for 40 million euros. The decision of the Lensois leaders will therefore be crucial.
