Cailieigh Tiller and Stryker Zablocki led Canada’s attack with a goal and an assist each. Hayley McDonald and Sofia Ismael also found the back of the net.
Chloe Primerano added two assists and goaltender Marilou Grenier blocked 19 of the 21 shots she faced.
Linda Vocetkova and Julie Jebouskova provided the Czech response while goaltender Daniela Novakova stopped 43 pucks.
-In the final match on Sunday, the Canadians will face the United States, who beat Sweden 2-1 earlier on Saturday.
