It’s becoming clearer at Standard: the first arrival is almost official… the first departure too – All football

Things will change at Standard in the coming weeks. While Ibrahim Karamoko will engage with the Rouches, Hakim Sahabo is on his way to Beerschot.

While the winter transfer window will only officially begin in three days, Standard, like many other Pro League teams, has already launched theirs well.

As we told you about HERE, the Rouches have targeted several key positions for this transfer window, while a few young players are expected to leave the ship, temporarily or permanently.

This is particularly the case of Hakim Sahabo, who no longer has a say under Ivan Leko despite an interesting start, and who has been playing with SL16 FC in D1 ACFF since the start of the season.

Karamoko arrives, Sahabo leaves, Chadli will play with SL16 FC

The 19-year-old Rwandan defensive midfielder will head to Antwerp on Monday to undergo his medical examinations at Beerschot. Hakim Sahabo is expected to be loaned until the end of the season, while the two clubs are still discussing the potential integration of a purchase option.

In the other direction, the signing of Ibrahim Karamoko will become official in the coming days. The central defender, who will be used in the 3-man defense but who could also become Aiden O’Neill’s back-up as a defensive midfielder, will become Rouches’ first recruit this winter, for around €150,000.

At SL16 FC, Nacer Chadli, who has been training for a few weeks, will play matches during the second part of the season, and will possibly be available for core A. The information will be confirmed by the club shortly.
