Known for having raised twelve children, including a family of four orphans who without her and her late husband Jean would have been separated, Marcelle Joubert devoted most of her life to helping others, sheltering hundreds of people in difficulty, rue de Tréguier.
The show “Marcelle, based on a true story” will be performed again in Sainte-Anne this Saturday, December 28. Part of the funds collected during these two Lannion dates will be donated to the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul association. After Montpellier last spring, future performances are planned in Rennes, Carnac but also at the Avignon festival, from July 6 to 26.
