Recently invited on “Culture Knock Out” (CKO), Chris and Baloo’s podcast, B2O disagreed with these allegations. “Heaven put us together and said: now is today,” he assured. Needless to say, on August 1, 2018, the day of the fight, the two artists went to Spain.
“It turns out that we have a concert in Barcelona on the same day in two clubs next to each other. We didn’t know,” says Booba. When “we arrive at the airport, my guy who is in the van at the back gets out and he says to me: ‘there’s riskaa’. We see Kaaris. He had just returned. We did not yet know in which terminal. We didn’t even know he was in the same terminal (as us). We just knew that he was at Orly. I’m starting to shake, my energy isn’t good. We call a guy we know who is with him and we tell him: ‘There is Kaaris, contact him and tell him to take another flight, because if we cross paths it won’t do it’ explains the artist.

In the departure lounge, they meet members of the Kaaris team. “It’s getting a little heated with other guys who are with us. We can’t see Kaaris. One guy says to me: ‘well, with a bit of luck he understands. Either he’s hiding in the toilets or he’s taken a another flight. We check in, I arrive at the checkpoint and when I put down my bag, I see Kaaris with his big beard. I say: Wow! Don’t start with insults.” The rest of the story we know.
After this fight, the two rappers were supposed to face each other in an MMA fight, but the explanation never took place. Booba thinks it’s Kaaris’ fault, who didn’t really want to go into the cage.
