Alpine skiing – European Cup. Loïs Abouly remains off the podium in super-G in Zinal

Savoyard Loïs Abouly took 4th place in the second European Cup super-G this Tuesday morning in Zinal. New Top 10 for Clara Direz.

Loïs Abouly is therefore on alternating current in Zinal. During the first giants of the European Cup season organized in the Swiss resort, the Savoyard made a mistake during the first race before climbing on the podium the next day (3e). At the start of the week in Valais, for the super-Gs of the continental circuit, it was the same thing again. Monday, the Menuires high school was withdrawn Monday (29e) but regained full speed this Tuesday during the second race, coming close to the podium (4e), which she leaves for 9 hundredths to the Italian Sara Allemand. Victory goes to the promising Swiss Malorie Blanc. Heroine of the Worlds in Haute-Savoie last season (three medals including two gold), before getting injured, she achieved her first success in the European Cup (and her 4e podium).

Like the day before (7e), Clara Direz slipped once again into the Top 10 by taking 8e place. Behind, we find Axelle Chevrier (15e) and Emy Charbonnier (16e), confirming their performances on Monday.
