The Confederation of African Football (CAF) broadcast a video this Wednesday, December 11 on its social networks praising the quality and sense of organization of the previous CAF Awards organized in Morocco.
“The ceremonies don’t get more iconic than that, do they? Looking forward to another remarkable CAF Awards 2024 in 5 days,” wrote the supreme body of African football when commenting on its recording.
The CAF Awards 2024 ceremony will be held on Monday, December 16 at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, with a program rich in entertainment and tributes to the best African players, coaches and clubs.
This is the third year in a row that this major event celebrating continental football has been organized in the Kingdom.
“Marrakech, with Morocco’s footballing heritage and its vibrant culture, offers a perfect setting for this renowned event, essential for football fans around the world,” CAF underlined on its website.
Furthermore, Morocco is represented in several categories, including the most anticipated, Best African Player of the Year where Atlas Lion Achraf Hakimi is one of the big favorites.
