According to our information, after five years of proceedings, the Marseille prosecutor’s office finally issued an indictment on March 28 dismissing the case in the Clémence Calvin case. The investigating judge has yet to issue his order. The gendarmes from the Central Office for Combating Environmental and Public Health Attacks (Oclaesp), who, alongside the French Anti-Doping Agency (AFLD), were investigating the case, had not failed to appeal to the couple that Calvin formed with Samir Dahmani before his departure for Morocco.
