Coach Raphaël Reynaud announced on Tuesday December 3 the list of players selected to face Bulgaria and Georgia in the main qualifying round for the 2026 European Championship.
The French Futsal Team is going back on a mission. Two months after reaching the semi-finals of the World Cup in Uzbekistan for their first participation, the Blues are approaching a new deadline with the start of the qualifiers for the next Euro futsal, which will take place in January 2026 in Lithuania and Latvia.
They will begin their journey with a trip to Bulgaria (98th in the FIFA rankings), on Friday December 13 (3:30 p.m.), before hosting Georgia (14th), four days later at the Co’met Arena in Orléans (9:15 p.m.).
For this last gathering of the year 2024, coach Raphaël Reynaud convened a group made up of sixteen players.

The forty teams entered in these qualifiers were divided into ten groups. The first in each of the ten groups will qualify directly for the final phase (January 18-February 8, 2026, in Lithuania and Latvia). The eight best runners-up will compete in the play-offs (September 15-24, 2025).
