Pierre Aristouy obtained a new victory, this time on the legal ground. Discharged from his duties on November 29, 2023, after a draw against Le Havre (0-0), the former educator and coach of FC Nantes contested his dismissal, effective since February 18.

Pierre Aristouy saw most of his requests received, and in particular the inclusion in his salary of bonuses of €10,000 granted for each presence on the bench of the first team in Ligue 1 until the end of his contract in 2025 (€610,000). During the conciliation, FC Nantes only took into account his base salary (€99,000 to be paid until the end of his contract). In the end, the Council reassessed his gross monthly salary at almost €20,000.
