The Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) continues its behind-the-scenes efforts to recruit binational talents playing in European championships, in anticipation of the 2025 African Cup of Nations and qualifications for 2026 World Cup.
This strategy has already borne fruit with several players, including Brahim Diaz, Achraf Hakimi, Anas Zaroury, Noussair Mazraoui et Zakaria Aboukhlal.
According to Moroccan media reports, the coach of the Lions of the Atlas, Walid Regraguiaccompanied by his deputy Rachid Benmahmoudwill travel to France to meet several professional players. The objective is to convince some of them to represent the Morocco in the future.
The Moroccan newspaper Al-Mountakhab revealed that this tour is particularly targeting two players who have impressed and confirmed their potential: Ayyoub Bouaddiattacking midfielder LOSC Lilleet Ugo Lamare El Kadmiri attacker of theOlympique de Marseille (U19) .
Morocco
