PORTNET SA is organizing, on December 3, 2024 at the Hotel Le Casablanca, a new edition of the Digital Meetings, under the theme: “One-stop shops, accelerators of commerce in Africa”. This event will bring together national and international experts, as well as major trade players, to explore the strategic role of single windows in the digital transformation and economic integration of the African continent.
While Africa is experiencing unprecedented economic change, flagship initiatives such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (ZLECAF) and the royal initiative aimed at facilitating access for Sahel countries to the Atlantic Ocean are redrawing the perspectives of sustainable development and regional integration. In this context, one-stop shops are essential tools for simplifying procedures, optimizing logistics operations and strengthening coordination between the different trade players.
This edition of the Rencontres du Digital will be an opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities linked to the implementation of one-stop shops in Africa. The interventions will focus in particular on:

– The challenges of interoperability of systems and infrastructures between African countries.
– Best practices to ensure efficient platforms adapted to the specific needs of each region.
