Indeed, there is once again a question of complaints from several customers about the portability of an Inwi line to Win, a procedure which, according to the information available on the INWI site, should take place in a few minutes. Unfortunately, this deadline was never met, and their lines were cut for several weeks.

Since then, they have been unable to receive calls or send or receive text messages. When they contact customer service to report the issue, they are simply asked to restart their phones, a clearly insufficient and irresponsible response. This situation is particularly inconvenient because they can no longer validate their banking transactions, which require receiving SMS messages for approval

Also, it is time that this operator could take its responsibilities seriously and allow its customers to enjoy all their needs assigned to them according to what this operator claims when the customer shows up on the first day to season their services.

It is therefore obvious today that at INWI, something promised is rather something “not due”
