Luciano Basile returns to Gap in the Magnus League, as sports manager

Basile began coaching in in 2003, with the Hautes-Alpes neighbor, the Diables Rouges de Briançon. Eleven years spent there, for two victories in the Coupe de France (2010 and 2013) and above all the first – and only – French champion title in the club’s history, in 2014. In the process, Luciano Basile signed in and allowed the Raptors to be crowned champions in 2015 and 2017. The club had not been titled since 1978. In 2019, Basile left Gap for Spain and Italy, where he began his coaching career. For three seasons, he has been officiating in Hungary, within the U18 team of the Budapest Jegkorong Akademia.
