Although he was able to reach the finish, the 28-year-old rider is not able to go further on this Tourand it is with a heavy heart that he will return home and leave his seven teammates for the rest of the race.

So it’s really depressing to abandon after only three days of racing, it was really too short”concluded the man who broke his collarbone for the third time in his career.
