Or ? The race will start in Piacenza, in Emilia-Romagna, and will finish in Turin, the capital of Piedmont.
When ? The actual start will be given at 11:35 a.m., and riders should cross the finish line at 5:12 p.m., if they ride at an average speed of 41 km/h.
