The game against the Montreal Canadiens was very painful for Minnesota Wild forward Mats Zuccarello.
On November 14, the 37-year-old hockey player was forced to leave the match after being hit head-on by a shot from teammate Brock Faber.

The veteran was hit right where it hurts most: in the family jewels. He had to rush to the hospital for surgery in the evening.
“We thought he was going to lose one of his testicles, but he ultimately survived and he still has both,” revealed Wild forward Marcus Foligno, whose comments were reported by B/R Open Ice.
He will be away from the icy surface for a period of three to four weeks.
In 2024-2025, the Norwegian is playing his 15th campaign in the National League. He has six goals and eight assists for 14 points in 16 games so far this season.
