Taken in the hand in the bag. Accused of fraud by families and former teammates, Welsh women’s Football star Natasha Harding, who has 103 caps between 2008 and 2022, faces several complaints and an investigation by local police. This follows the organization of training sessions at its academy launched in August 2023, which would never have taken place.
The Welshwoman would have used stratagem on several occasions. The parents of a 7-year-old girl claim to have paid 360 euros for ten training sessions. In the end, only one or two took place, the ex-international canceling several times without responding to requests for reimbursement. In total, she claims to have organized 2,000 training sessions in the country.
But that wouldn’t be his only scam. Several sponsors have complained about non-compliance with contractual conditions despite significant sums paid. Former teammates also accuse her of not having recovered the money lent during her career. According to the BBC, this would be the cause of the end of Natasha Harding’s career in 2022. Faced with her accusations, the Welsh football federation asked potentially injured people to report “potential illegal activities”.
