This Thursday, OL made official the departures from the club of Jérémie Bréchet and Antonin Da Fonseca. The two members of Pierre Sage’s staff should join Bruno Génésio at LOSC.
It’s officially the end of the adventureOL for Jeremy Bréchet and Antonin From Fonseca. Already published in the media more than ten days ago, the news was communicated by the Rhone club this Thursday, June 27. The two men should logically join Bruno Génesio in Lille. The former Gones coach, in position between December 2015 and June 2019, drew on his old knowledge to form his new staff. At LOSCJeremiah Bréchet would arrive as assistant to the coach, and Antonin Da Fonseca as a physical trainer. Moreover, Vincent Ponsot had offered a few weeks ago the position of coach of theOL fémininaccording to our information, to the future right-hand man of the Dogues. He had declined the suggestion.
A staff to rebuild
After this double departure, Pierre Sage loses two of his men. The brand new BEPF graduate will therefore have to strengthen his staff this summer. Moreover, new technicians could arrive between Rhône and Saône. Jorge Macielformer coach of Valenciennes FCand Rui Lemosa physical trainer, would be targeted by John’s club Weaver. Note that Rémy Vercoutre is under contract, as we recently revealed, until 2026 as goalkeeper coach.
