Dear supporters, the end of year holidays are approaching. So, you will find below all the information concerning the store, to get organized before Christmas.
The H Arena store will be open on Wednesday afternoon between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (as usual). Exceptional openings on December 20 and 21 (afternoon) for final purchases.
The store will then be closed on Wednesday December 25 and Wednesday 1is January. It will reopen after the holidays, on Wednesday January 8.

Last orders sent by post must be placed before Wednesday December 18 to guarantee delivery before December 24.
- If you place an order from December 18 to 22:
- If sent by post: taken into account and sent within two working days without guarantee of receipt before December 24
- If Click&Collect, it will be collected from the store on December 20 or 21 in the afternoon or at the Christmas Market from December 23 in the afternoon (allow two days of delay)
- If you place an order from Monday December 23 inclusive to Thursday January 2, 2025 inclusive
- If Colissimo sending: It will not be made before January 3, 2025
- If Click&Collect: The package will be collected from Wednesday January 8, 2025

- Until 12/18: PURCHASES + DELIVERY (beyond this date, we cannot guarantee delivery before 12/24).
- From 12/18 to 12/22: PURCHASES + IN-STORE COLLECTION (12/20 afternoon or 12/21 afternoon)

Like last season, HBC Nantes will be present at the Nantes Christmas Market. It will have a chalet on Place Royale, where you can find a selection of items in the colors of the “H”.
Please note, only purchases can be made at the Christmas Market (no returns possible).
The chalet at the Christmas Market will be open as indicated below, from Thursday November 21 to Tuesday December 31:
- Monday to Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Thursday to Saturday: 10:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exceptions :
- Tuesday December 24: 10:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday December 25: closed
- Tuesday December 31: 10:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
For match ticket holders, you will also be able to find a selection of products in our two General Public sales points at Neodif XXL. Please note that the doors and our stores will open 2 hours before the meetings.
