In Bastia, in the Lupinu district, it’s an unmissable event, once a month: tea dancing.
For a whole afternoon, for the sum of two euros, participants dance one after the other, between tangos, waltzes or even songs from the 80s.
An event organized and fully financed by the city’s municipal social action center (CCAS), since 2019.
The CCAS organizes other activities to promote social connections among elderly people. Dancing tea is one of the most successful.
