In an interview with beIN Sports, Brahim Diaz reiterated his joy at having chosen to wear the colors of Morocco to the detriment of those of Spain. The Real Madrid striker wanted to send a message to King Mohammed VI as well as to the Moroccan supporters who have supported him since his arrival in the national team.
Brahim Diaz was a strong added value in Walid Regragui’s squad after his arrival last March following a series which lasted more than a year.
A strong choice guided by the love of the Moroccan people as expressed by the Merengues star. “I made the decision to represent Morocco when I felt the love and support of these people around me. And finally, I followed what my heart told me“, he declared, before thanking the Sovereign as well as the Moroccans.

The Moroccan football star stressed that he looks forward to achieving great feats with the national team, hoping to win a title to dedicate to the Moroccan people.
