Madrid – After the exceptional results of the Moroccan selection and the increasingly growing global reputation of national Football, the Moroccan star of Real Madrid, Brahim Díaz, gave an exclusive interview to MAP at the Valdebebas Training Center in Madrid , to retrace this unprecedented growth and deliver its ambitions with the Atlas Lions.
1- Did the warm welcome given to you by the supporters and all the components of national football facilitate your integration?
It’s an honor! I am very proud to wear the jersey of the Moroccan selection, whose growth continues to grow towards a very bright future. The unconditional love that Moroccan supporters have for the Atlas Lions represents support and a duty to offer them titles… and joy.
2- How do you evaluate your experience, so far, with the Moroccan selection?
I feel very happy and satisfied. My integration into the national team went well. Thanks to the love and warm welcome from all the members, I always had the feeling of being part of this big family. I will deploy myself fully to contribute to the successes and give joy to the Moroccan public.
3- What are your ambitions with the Moroccan selection?
I hope that the performances of the Moroccan national team will continue to improve. Personally, I would like to further develop in the service of the group and with the aim of offering titles to the Moroccan public.
4- What can you tell us about the dynamics experienced by Moroccan football?
Moroccan football has known generations who have never stopped raising the national flag. The current group is no exception! It has players who play at the highest level and their exploits in the World Cup (Qatar-2022) and the Olympic Games (Paris-2024) demonstrate all the work accomplished and constitute a source of pride for all Moroccans.
5- What do you think of the efforts made for the development of Moroccan football?
Thanks to the enlightened vision of HM King Mohammed VI, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation is deploying considerable efforts for the development of national football, the upgrading of sports infrastructure and the support of national teams.
